Tunepact — Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. General Principles

We want Tunepact to be a safe and supportive community for independent musicians, fans, and partners. You may not use the Services in ways that:

• Violate applicable law (federal, state, local, or international).
• Infringe intellectual property or publicity rights.
• Endanger safety, harass others, or promote hate or violence.
• Undermine the integrity, security, or availability of the Services.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, publish, link, or otherwise distribute content that:

• Infringes IP: unauthorized use of copyrighted works, trademarks, or other protected material (including unlicensed samples or covers).
• Harmful or abusive: harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, incitement of violence, doxxing.
• Illegal activity: promotion or facilitation of criminal activity, fraud, scams, or sale of unlawful goods/services.
• Sexually exploitative material: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), revenge porn, grooming, or solicitation of minors.
• Obscene or excessively graphic: material that is unlawful or that we reasonably determine inappropriate for our community.
• Misinformation or malicious deception: impersonation, manipulated media, or knowingly false statements that may cause harm.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Services to:

• Circumvent security: probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of systems; bypass authentication; or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Spam or manipulate metrics: unsolicited promotions, fake engagement, artificial boosting of streams, views, or follows.
• Exploit monetization: fraudulently generate tips, fan support gift redemptions, or subscription revenues.
• Distribute malware: viruses, worms, spyware, or code intended to disrupt or harm.
• Automated scraping: unauthorized collection of data at scale.
• Abuse AI tools: generate unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful outputs.

4. Handles & Impersonation

Tunepage URLs and handles are first-come, first-served. You may not:

• Claim a handle to impersonate another person, brand, or entity.
• Use a handle that violates trademark rights.
• Sell, transfer, or "squat" handles without our permission.

5. Enforcement

We may remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, and/or report illegal activity to authorities if you violate this AUP. Enforcement actions may vary depending on severity, history, and context. Repeat copyright infringers will have accounts terminated in accordance with our DMCA Policy.

6. Reporting Violations

To report abuse or violations of this AUP, email abuse-report@tunepact.com. For copyright complaints, follow our DMCA Policy.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. If material changes are made, we will provide notice (e.g., in-app, email) and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
