Tunepact — Community Guidelines

1. Be Respectful

• Treat others with kindness and professionalism.
• No harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
• No threats, stalking, or doxxing.

2. Share Responsibly

• Only upload music, artwork, or content you have the rights to share.
• Don't use unlicensed samples, covers, or content you don't own.
• Respect copyrights, trademarks, and the creative work of others.

3. Keep It Safe

• No posting illegal or harmful content.
• Absolutely no sexually exploitative material, including child exploitation (zero tolerance).
• No violence, gore, or excessively graphic content.

4. Keep It Real

• No impersonating another artist, label, or brand.
• Don't misrepresent yourself or your music.
• Don't claim a handle that infringes on trademarks or could confuse fans.

5. Play Fair

• Don't use bots or fake accounts to boost plays, tips, or followers.
• Don't spam — no repetitive promos, scams, or misleading links.
• Don't game the system with fraudulent tips, fan support gifts, or subscriptions.

6. Protect the Platform

• Don't upload malware, phishing links, or harmful code.
• Don't scrape or misuse our services in ways that disrupt others.
• Don't misuse AI tools to generate harmful or abusive content.

7. Handles and Pages

• Choose a handle that reflects you or your music honestly.
• Don't use "official," "verified," or similar unless granted by Tunepact.
• Parody or fan accounts should clearly say so in the name and bio.

8. Reporting & Enforcement

• If you see content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, report it at abuse@tunepact.com.
• We may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict features if rules are broken.
• Repeat or serious violations can result in permanent account termination.

9. A Living Document

Music culture evolves, and so will these Guidelines. We'll update them from time to time, and we'll let you know if big changes are made.
