Tunepact — Beta Features Agreement

This Beta Features Agreement ("Agreement") is between Tunepact, Inc. ("Tunepact," "we," "our," or "us") and you ("you" or "User"). It supplements the Tunepact Terms of Use. By enabling or using any beta, experimental, or pre‑release feature ("Beta Features"), you agree to this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

Access to Beta Features is by invitation or activation only and may be limited. Tunepact reserves the right to deny or revoke access at any time.

2. "As Is" Features

Beta Features are provided for testing and feedback purposes only, "as is" and without warranties of any kind. They may contain bugs, errors, or other issues and may be discontinued at any time.

3. No Guarantee

Tunepact does not guarantee the availability, performance, or continued offering of any Beta Features. We may modify or remove them without notice.

4. Confidentiality

If Beta Features are not publicly released, you agree not to disclose or share screenshots, videos, or descriptions without Tunepact's prior written consent.

5. Feedback

You agree that any feedback you provide may be used by Tunepact freely, without obligation to compensate you. Tunepact owns all improvements and derivative works.

6. Priority of Terms

This Agreement supplements the Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict, this Agreement controls with respect to Beta Features.

7. Termination

Tunepact may terminate your Beta access at any time. Sections 2–6 survive termination.
