Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information — Tunepact (CPRA Notice of Right to Opt-Out)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising. Other U.S. states (e.g., Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah) provide similar opt‑out rights for "sale" and/or "targeted advertising." This page explains your choices and how to exercise them on Tunepact.
1. What "Sell" and "Share" Mean
Tunepact does not sell personal information for money. However, certain cookies or ad tools may be considered "sharing" for cross‑context behavioral advertising under CPRA. You can opt out of such sharing at any time.
2. How to Opt Out (No Account Required)
- Use Cookie Controls: Visit our cookie preferences to disable Advertising & Social Media cookies.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor browser‑level opt‑out signals. If your browser sends GPC, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser.
- In‑App Settings: Logged‑in users can manage ads/cookie preferences and opt‑out settings in account settings.
- Webform or Email: Submit an opt‑out request using the form below or email privacy@tunepact.com with the subject "CPRA Opt‑Out."
3. Webform Fields (for your request)
Provide the following so we can process your request:
- Full name
- Email address associated with your account (if any)
- State of residence (CA, CO, CT, VA, UT, Other)
- Request type: (a) Opt out of sale/sharing; (b) Opt out of targeted advertising; (c) Both
- Whether you are submitting as an authorized agent (attach signed authorization)
4. Sensitive Personal Information
Tunepact does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by CPRA §7027(m). If you wish to request limits on the use of your sensitive personal information, contact privacy@tunepact.com or use the in‑app controls. We may also provide a dedicated "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link where required.
5. Verification, Timing, and Appeals
- Verification: We do not require you to create an account to submit an opt‑out. We may request limited information to process your request and prevent fraud.
- Timing: We will process your request as soon as feasible and within the timelines required by law. We will apply your preference to the browser/device/account you used, and to logged‑in usage.
- Appeals (for non‑CA states where required): If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email or contacting privacy@tunepact.com with the subject "Appeal."
6. Minors
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us.
