Tunepact — Fan Support Gifts / Tips Terms

These Fan Support Gifts / Tips Terms ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of fan-support instruments such as digital fan support gifts and tips (collectively, "Support Instruments") provided through Tunepact, Inc. ("Tunepact," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms supplement the Tunepact Terms of Use. By purchasing or redeeming Support Instruments, you agree to these Terms.

1. Introduction

Fan Support Gifts and tips are designed as fan-support tools that allow fans to send financial support to creators on Tunepact. Tunepact itself does not hold funds; all transactions are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

2. How It Works

Fans may send tips or purchase digital fan support gifts using Tunepact's designated payment processor. Stripe (or another processor) deducts applicable fees; Tunepact deducts a disclosed platform fee; the remainder is paid directly to the creator's connected account. Support Instruments are non-transferable and non-reloadable.

3. Not Cash / No Money Transmission

Support Instruments are not cash, deposits, or stored value, and are not redeemable for cash except as required by law. Tunepact is not a bank, financial institution, or money transmitter. All financial processing is performed by Stripe or other licensed processors.

4. Expiration / Escheat

Support Instruments may expire or be subject to unclaimed property laws in certain jurisdictions. Any such obligations are managed by the payment processor. Tunepact does not retain unclaimed funds.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are handled by the payment processor and, where applicable, subject to the creator's refund policy. Tunepact is not responsible for disputes between fans and creators.

6. Fraud & Abuse

Self-funding, fraudulent tips, bot-driven transactions, or circular payments are strictly prohibited. Tunepact may suspend accounts, withhold payouts, or terminate access in cases of fraud or abuse.

7. Taxes

Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on amounts they receive from Support Instruments. Tunepact and/or its payment processors may issue tax forms (e.g., IRS Form 1099-K) and withhold amounts where required by law.

8. Disclaimers

Support Instruments are provided "as is." Tunepact is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Support Instruments. Liability is limited as described in the Terms of Use.

9. Changes

Tunepact may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email, in-app notification, or website notice. The 'Last updated' date above will be revised accordingly.
