("Tunepact," "we," "our," or "us") engages third‑party service providers ("subprocessors") to help us operate, provide, secure, and improve our services, including Tunepage and related features (the "Services"). This page lists our current subprocessors, their functions, and locations. By using the Services, you consent to the involvement of these subprocessors. We may update this list as our vendors change; material changes will be communicated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1. Infrastructure & Hosting

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — AI/ML services, infrastructure; USA/EU regions

2. Payments & Financial Processing

  • Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing, payouts, KYC/KYB verification; USA/global
  • PayPal Holdings, Inc. (if enabled) — Alternative payment processing; USA/global

3. Communications & Notifications

  • SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) — Transactional and marketing emails; USA
  • Mailgun Technologies, Inc. — Transactional emails (alternative provider); USA

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, DDoS protection, security services; USA/global

7. Developer Tools & Collaboration

  • Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) — Project management, documentation; USA/global

Notes

  • All subprocessors are contractually required to protect personal data consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
  • We will provide notice of material changes (e.g., adding a new category of subprocessors or changing a critical vendor).
